With over 30 years of development experience, our President and CEO Randy Gorod has seen and solved it all. For development professionals that are just getting started in the industry, we are here to help you find the quickest route to success!
Our coaching program is perfect for development professionals that have less than 10 years of experience and need guidance taking on the varied responsibilities of their position.
Each participant is assigned an experienced coach and will have an introductory 30-minute call to explore growth areas.
Additionally, participants will receive:

Two monthly coaching sessions lasting between 30-60 minutes

Unlimited emails, phone calls, and texts

One virtual cohort gathering every six months with a guest speaker/thought leader
For Individuals & Organizations
Individual development professionals have found success in our coaching program, especially when they are in an organization without other development staff or experts they can ask for guidance. We offer a safe, welcoming space to discuss how to best approach the development functions, as well as donors, to create a sustainable organization. If you have the drive to succeed, and just need a bit of help, our coaching program will build your skills and drive results!

Additionally, we recognize that the industry turnover in development is too high both for organizations and donors, with job expectancy less than 18-months. Non-profits have hired us to serve as coaches for its development staff, helping them to excel at and find benefit from their jobs.
